Nick Hopkins is an attorney, husband, and a recent first-time home buyer. As a Connecticut Deputy Assistant Public Defender, Nick believes strongly in the principles of justice and fundamental fairness in government. He hopes to use his professional attention to detail, strong advocacy, and diligence to represent the specific needs of District 4 on the Town Council. Nick and his wife Alicia moved to Enfield from Illinois in 2019 along with their two dogs, Gus and Jaq. Nick attends the Enfield Congregational, United Church of Christ, volunteers with Enfield Showing Up for Racial Justice, and does more than his part to keep Collins Creamery in business. He is excited to foster and support the unique character and opportunities of Enfield that caused his family to put down roots here.
